TCF4 Productions is a Canadian-based production company rooted in Okotoks, Alberta, and driven by purpose. Founded in 2012 by husband-and-wife team Bill and Jacqueline Clements, the company was born from a shared conviction: stories have the power to inspire change when message and media work together.
At its heart, TCF4 Productions is more than a production company; it is the outflow of a life, a marriage, and a mission lived intentionally.
Jacqueline brings a strong foundation in acting and a deep passion for giving meaningful stories the spotlight they deserve. Her creative heart for performance and authentic storytelling has shaped the company’s vision from the very beginning. Alongside her, Bill offers steady leadership, strategic insight, and a commitment to building projects that serve more than just the screen. Together, they form a complementary creative partnership—balancing vision and execution, heart and structure.
As partners in life first, Bill and Jacqueline believe their marriage is the foundation of everything they create. Their mission grows from that relationship, and their media simply carries it forward. Jacqueline Clements
As TCF4 Productions Co-founder, Jacqueline is highly committed to putting people first on all projects. She has assembled an experienced team with the TCF4 vision which is: Purpose Driven - Life Inspired.
Jacqueline is an actor, television host and producer. Her work includes host of Legacy Makers with Jacqueline & Darrel, In the Jumpseat with Jacqueline, Grandma's Goodies with Jacqueline, Bolivia: Treasures Within, and co-producer of Wheel Sharks, a television reality series. Jacqueline has also co-hosted a radio show called Stories of Hope and co-hosted and produced a podcast show called Only We Matter.
Jacqueline has a substantial and consistent following on social media and maintains an influential presence on the different platforms.

Bill Clements
As Co‑Founder of TCF4 Productions, Bill Clements brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and a strong work ethic that provide stability and direction to every project. With experience in commercials, print, and voice‑over work, Bill is comfortable on camera, but his greatest strengths shine behind the scenes—where he ensures productions run smoothly, efficiently, and on budget.
Bill is Co‑Creator, Executive Producer, and Director of LEGACY MAKERS®, In the Jumpseat with Jacqueline, and Grandma’s Goodies. He also serves as Executive Producer of Bolivia: Treasures Within, and Co‑Producer and Director of Wheel Sharks. Across each project, the TCF4 vision—Purpose Driven. Life Inspired.—is clearly reflected through intentional storytelling and meaningful content.
While Bill’s professional journey is marked by strategic leadership and creative achievement, what drives him most is the legacy he is building. He prioritizes faith, family, and personal well‑being as the foundation for excellence in both life and work. His mission is to build genuine connections and inspire positive change by sharing stories that make our world a better place.
