On January 23, 2026, Jacqueline Clements sat down with special guest Chef Melani Bastians, founder of No One Goes Hungry, an incredible initiative that rescues surplus food, then cooks, packs, and distributes nutritious meals for those in need. The program serves over 20,000 meals every month, and that number continues to grow. In addition to this impactful work, Chef Melani is the owner of The Green Eatery, Cup of Love Coffee Shop, and UNDONE – Island Food with a Twist food truck.

But beyond the impressive list of accomplishments, what impacted me most was the joy she brings to everything she does. Her joy is authentic, infectious, and deeply inspiring, and it’s impossible not to feel energized and hopeful after spending time with her.
